Dr. Khurshid Qureshi
 
Dr. Qureshi is the Founder and CEO of the Technology Infrastructure Group. He has over 25 years of experience as an executive and entrepreneur in the aerospace, satellite communications, telecom, wireless, fiber optics, and automotive industries. Dr. Qureshi holds 12 U.S. and International patents in the field of high technology and has won numerous awards in innovation, entrepreneurship and technology.

Additionally, Dr. Qureshi worked at General Motors (GM) in several senior executive positions. As a founding member of the Saturn Corporation (a division of GM), Dr. Qureshi managed their new vehicle program and vehicle sales of $400 Million. At Ingersoll Rand, he started a new division that achieved $75 Million in sales in 3 years.
Dr. Qureshi, moreover, has worked on multi-million dollars research programs at General Motors in cooperation with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Stanford for university technology transfer projects. He also serves on Advisory boards of various high-tech firms and universities.

 
Dr. Janathin Miller
 

Dr. Miller has worked in the government contracting business for 34 years, both in San Diego, CA and in Washington, D.C. She holds four formal academic degrees in management and technical disciplines, including a Ph.D. in Systems Management from Cornell University. She is a University Founder, Faculty and Board Member at California State University San Marcos. Additionally, Dr. Miller founded a number of engineering and technical training firms from 1975 to 2006.

Finally, Dr. Miller has been involved in several entrepreneurial programs at the university level. She is part of the faculty at Cornell University where she was instrumental in the development of the PEP (Personal Enterprise Program) curriculum. Furthermore, she is responsible for the development of an innovative, interactive program in Entrepreneurship and Technology that is currently accredited in the California State University System. This program guides students through the processes and procedures of starting their own environmental technologies businesses.

 
John M. Fawcett, Jr.
 
Jay Fawcett has worked in both the public and private sectors. He is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Western Strategies Center and the owner of Merlin Strategies & Solutions. Most recently, he was a civilian contractor working for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) supporting the USNORTHCOM J5 in the area of doctrine and legislative liaison. Mr. Fawcett’s previous SAIC assignment was at the USAF (United States Air Force) Command and Control Training and Innovation Group where he worked directly for the commander in strategy and concept development and was liaison to various foreign air force organizations. He, additionally, taught courses at USAF regarding quantitative analysis and management information systems.
Mr. Fawcett earned his commission from the United States Air Force Academy and has an M.B.A. from Cornell University.
 
Tamara Qureshi, Esq.
 

Ms. Qureshi has worked as a consultant with several organizations. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado-Boulder and a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She is licensed to practice in Colorado and an active member of local bar associations.
As an engineering consultant at Earth Tech, Ms. Qureshi worked on multi-million dollar projects. She was involved in all the steps of the process from proposal stage to implementation of projects.
With the TI Group, Ms. Qureshi developed the policies and procedure to be used in incubators and technology transfer offices.
